Are you a parent expecting a little one? Perhaps you are a grandparent, aunt or uncle, or friend of someone who is expecting a baby. BabyCare can prepare parents and loved ones to feel as prepared as possible with individual consultations and group class availability.

Dr. Tanguay is a board-certified pediatrician, breastfeeding medicine physician, and former NICU mom who founded BabyCare to care for parents AND infants as a unique dyad. Parenting a newborn is hard, but with the appropriate support and care, families can thrive in this transition.

The Process

Start with an exploratory, no-obligation 15 minute call to meet with Dr. Tanguay and get your questions  answered.

• For group classes, there are grandparent and relative courses, babysitter and nanny courses, and Beginnings Birth Center-approved courses open to Beginning patients and the general public.

• Once ready, enroll here and schedule with Acuity.

• After enrollment, your family will complete an initial intake questionnaire via email.

• Dr. Tanguay will review this and create a curated plan for your family—either meeting in you home or at a local store, whichever you prefer.

• You choose the services that make the most sense to you—breastfeeding, baby wearing, mother’s fourth trimester blueprint, family sleep and care for a newborn. It’s truly a choose-your-own-adventure consultation.
